Add to calendar:

Many organizations have an Incident Response Plan, but few have tested whether it will actually work during a real cyber incident. Join us for a hands-on educational session where we'll show you how to develop, organize, and facilitate your own Incident Response (IR) Tabletop Exercise, then demonstrate the process by conducting a live tabletop scenario.

This event is divided into two parts:

Part 1: Building Your Own Tabletop Exercise

Learn the fundamentals of creating an effective tabletop exercise, including:

  • Defining exercise objectives and success criteria
  • Selecting realistic incident scenarios
  • Identifying key participants and stakeholders
  • Creating discussion questions and injects
  • Facilitating productive conversations
  • Documenting findings and lessons learned
  • Turning results into actionable improvements

Part 2: Live Incident Response Tabletop Exercise

Experience a tabletop exercise in action as we walk through a realistic cybersecurity incident scenario. Participants will observe how teams evaluate information, make decisions, communicate during a crisis, and coordinate response activities throughout the incident lifecycle.

By the end of this session, you'll have a practical understanding of both how to build a tabletop exercise and how to execute one within your own organization.

Who Should Attend: Business Leaders, IT Professionals, Security Teams, Compliance Personnel, Risk Managers, and Incident Response Team Members
