This service is designed for organizations that want both continuous security monitoring and day-to-day IT support from a single provider. It includes security visibility, end-user help desk, Microsoft 365 and Entra administration, and routine endpoint support delivered primarily through secure remote access.

What This Tier Includes


Everything from Intricate Security Blue

Includes the full Blue SOC service, including 24x7 monitoring, EDR, reporting, and baseline threat visibility.

Remote Help Desk Support

Remote day-to-day support for common user and workstation issues.

Workstation Troubleshooting

Diagnosis and resolution of issues affecting desktops, laptops, and user productivity.

Password Resets and Account Support

Assistance with password resets, account lockouts, and common access-related issues.

Software Installation and Updates

Installation of approved software and support for routine application updates.

Printer and Peripheral Support
